Ordered a sample of Lipsom on the net ,apayment of£4.73 was paid
my bank fraud department called to check the payment I said what I had ordered and they let it go through. The sample arrived on 13th january and money was taken from my account.on the 20th of January another £73.93 was taken from my account by the same company,TOTALBODYWELL>COM

- Because you order a trial of an item, it doesnt mean thats the only cost. Read the fine print. Usually you have a period of time to try the item and if you dont contact them within this certain period, they bill you for the full cost of the item. Check your receipt or go back to the website where you purchased it and check out their terms and conditions. Many folks dont read those and thats where everything is spelled out. There should be a contact number for them that you can call to cancel. Whether or not they will refund, I dont know, but avoid this in the future by reading all the terms. Good luck.
