I was signed up for a free trial kit with 1.03 but then they took me almost 5.00 on Jan 3. When I receive the package, they didn't mention anything about account cancellation and so I didn't mind anything about it. But when I checked my account yesterday, I found they took 78.41 without my acknowledgement. I called today to ask for my refund and one woman said "there's no way you can get your refund". I haven't received this so called one month supply yet.
