My mom had applied for a pay day loan through another company, and the next thing we know there is a deposit from Mass Street Group, and my mom did not authorize this at all. And they keep taking money out of our account. I called the number on our checking account, and guess what the office was closed did not provide business hours, and said they would call you back when they can. Never crossed my mind it was a scam, thought my mom made a mistake, but now I realize it is. This sucks, we have no money and they just keep taking it. I agree with the other post how do they have the right. Something needs to be done!!!
