this company telephoned me,even though we have unlisted phone number and. said that we had many errors on our computer and that there was a possible virus. we have avg antivirus, which has always been perfectly good. They then proceeded to completely confuse me by showing me all the errors by doing everything their end remotely. They said that they could completely clean up the computer speed it up and make sure it was completely secure for a one off payment of $149.99.They took so long that i then became suspicious.I Tried to get back to them to say i was very unhappy and wished to terminate the transaction, and following a very heated conversation with my husband in which he told them he thought it was a scam,i believethey have removed their product.I would really like to get my money back.Ipaid by visa debit card.
