S.V. Exports replied to My purchase inquiry via tradeindia.com back in august of 2011. At that time I decided not to purchase human hair just yet. The company then emailed Me again in Decemeber 2011 and insisted that they had superior quality product, etc. I inquired about the pricing of "12 inches of wefted curly black hair" and they ensured Me that they can provide this product, one kilogram for the one time price of 300.00 US dollars in order to gain a long term customer. I paid the price via western union after recieving photos of what the hair looked like and under the impression that the hair was the same hair as on the website.

The order arrived via DHL and immediately upon opening the box I was disatisified and upset. Instead of seeing 10 packs of 12 inch curly wefted hair I was staring at 9 packs of 6 inches of wefted brown wave type hair. There is no way I could use this hair nor sell it. It was too short and the wrong texture. I immediately sent the company a email voicing My disatifaction and requesting that they take their product back and return to Me a full refund. Emails went unanswered and when I called the company no one could understand what I was trying to say and I kept getting hung up on. After letting the company know that I was going to file complaints with the necessary agencies they then get back to Me and tell me that they took 12 inches of bulk hair and sewed it into a weft. Claiming to have sent curly 10 inch hair and to returne their product to them.

I then explained to them once again exactly what it was that I received and that was 6 inches of brown wave type hair. I then proceeded to explain to them how to properly make a 12 inch weft. Which is you take 24 inches of bulk black curly hair (not brown wave hair) and you sew it into a weft and the finished product will be a 12 inch weft. ANY REPUTABLE hair company will tell you this is how a 12 inch weft is made.


I have promptly returned to them the exact product they have sent out to Me at the cost to Me of 130.19 US Dollars. Sent via DHL. Now this horrible company is refusing to take their product back and it is now sitting in DHL customs in India.

The company has emailed Me numerous threats in regard to them sending the correct product and Me doing some kind of bait and switch tactic and refusing to refund My money. I do not have time to pull any bait and switch over human hair at the cost to Me of 430.19 US dollars. Who has time for this kind of thing? I only wanted to purchase 12 inches of curly black indian hair and received the exact opposite.

Now I am having problems with this company in getting My money back. I have no product and no money. They are terrible business people and refuse to accep the fact that their company and employees made a mistake with the order.

I have all email correspondence with this company dating back to august 2011. As well as photos of the product, western union receipts, DHL waybills.

Do not do business with this company. If they did this to Me they have done it to other and I will not be the last. I can only conclude that this company is bad to do business with and the photos on their website are fake.

Why would I honestly want anything less than 12 inches of hair. I have emails pertaining to exactly what I was under the impression I was paying for. The insist that they sent 10 inches of hair. If that was true it STILL IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

BOYCOTT S.V. EXPORTS for its clear they only want your money and send you whatever they think you should have for it.

Bad business practice and hopefully they wont be in business for long. If I can help it they wont be. Next I will be looking into having their export license pulled if I do not recieve a full refund.

Another thing: On the DHL Invoice they put that the price paid for the merchandise was 100.00 US Dollars when in fact 300.00 US Dollars was paid. I had to make a note of that and correct the purchase price upon returning it.

Shady people and terrible business. Trade India needs to kick these kind of people off their site. I am not in the habit of supporting someones lifestyle for the hell of it.

Recieved email from company today stating that they did not get their merchandise back AFTER acknowledging in a previous email that they did asking for bank details so they can submit a refund.

The company is trying to steal My money. I have all emails and transactions with this company saved. Proof that they got their product and proof that they were offering refund and today denying everything.

  • Company keeps telling Me that they will refund My money. Bank transfer details given, fist details bank no longer conducted international bank transfers. New transfer information given and now company is insisting on a international swift code in which I have told them on several occassions that a international swift code is not needed in order to complete the refund. I have also given this company the telephone number and address of the bank and insisting they call this bank to be instructed on how to make the wire transfer without a international swift code because the bank does not need it. This compan at this time has not gotten back to Me nor have they acknowleged their bank called the US bank in order to understand code is not needed. I view these things as a stall tactic in order to not refund My 430.19. I still do not encourage anyone to buy from this company altough they have a "trust" stamp attached to their company name. They are not trustworthy.

    I will continue to update the status and I will not give up for they cannot just rip Me off for My money.

  • As of March 10, 2012 I have still received no refund of My 430.19. The company has stopped responding to My demands for the return of the funds. They insisted on a International Swift Code and I told them that a swift code is not needed in order to make the transfer via the US financial institution. Even supplied the toll free number to the financial institution in order for them to speak directly and be instructed to how to properly make the transfer. This company uses the Trade India website and has a trust stamp attached to their company profile on this site. There is NOTHING trust worthy about them and I urge others not to purchase from them and if you do, do so with extreme caution.

    The Trade India website does not protect their buyers. If those who use their site decide to steal their customers money Trade India takes no responsiblity for it nor do they have any policy in place to ensure their buyers are protected from scammers and rip offs. This is website that cannot be trusted.

    A website that does indeed ensure that their users are not ripped off for money and recieve good products is ALIBABA.COM. They have a customer satisfaction policy there and they do not tolerate blatant money stealing.

    I will be dealing with that site from now on and NEVER TRADE INDIA AGAIN!!!

    Still no refund from this company. They keep asking Me for bank details, passport copy, and international swift code. I have supplied this company on numerous occassion with bank details and have also told them that the bank does not need a international swift code in order to make a wire transfer. Even supplied them with the toll free number in order to be instructed in regard to how to refund the money without the code. They also stated they had relatives in the states that would make the refund transfer. Once again I gave the bank information. No relative has made any transfer. Instead they went back to asking for swift code, passport copy, and bank details again. I do not own a passport for I do not travel outside the country. They have bank details and swift code is not needed. So what's the problem? I was even willing to do a product exchange. Exact product until I recieved a copy of a deceptive lying email from this company that they sent to DGFT in India that handes India's trade licences. Now due to their deceitful ways I am no longer willing to take product in exchange for the refund. I am now looking into legal action against this company if they do not return My 430.19 in a reasonable manner. I am very upset about this entire fiasco and I strongly warn you to use caution when dealing with this company. I have photos of the product sent back and transaction. I will submit them to the site at a later date. Once My other laptop is up and running. The photos are there.

    SV Exports have no intention on returning the 430.19 to Me. They are keeping the money and are now ignoring all requests for the return. I have now contacted Delhi Commissioner Of Police.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS. IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ORDER THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM NOR RETURN YOUR MONEY.

    FIND A MORE REPUTABLE MERCHANT AND BE LEERY WITH BUYING VIA TRADE INDIA FOR THEY HAVE NO POLICY IN PLACE TO PRODUCT THEIR BUYERS FROM SCAM RIP OFF ARTISTS LIKE SV EXPORTS.

    I REPEAT: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. They lie and they scam.

  • Use Alibaba if you are seeking to buy Indian Hair from India. If you do, only deal with the merchants who use Alibaba escrow. Alibaba does not allow its merchants to rip off the customers who use Alibaba Escrow.

    DO NOT BUY ANY HAIR PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SEND YOU WRONG ORDER AND KEEP YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU RETURN THEIR PRODUCT.

    DO NOT USE TRADE INDIA FOR THEY DO NOT PROTECT THEIR USERS FROM FRAUD, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AND THEIVERY.

    DO NOT BELIEVE THE TRUST STAMPS NEXT TO MERCHANTS PROFILES. THEY ARE FAKE.

  • After doing some online research in regard to SV Exports (talking to other customers of theirs) I have come to find out that I am not the only unsatisfied customer. That they are known to rip off their customers and send subpar products and are in the habit of NOT returning money. Apparently they are on a list of human hair scammers. Stay away from these crooks. I wish I had known this before I spent this money on them. Karma will soon catch up to these losers and they hopefully will be out of business soon.

    Still no refund from SV Exports. Now they are claiming that the swift code is not needed but passport copy is. Pure utter nonsense. Everyone does not have a passport and passports are not needed to conduct wire transfers.

    SV Exports have been told this week that neither passport or swift code is needed in order to refund the money. They have also been given the toll free number of the US Financial institution in order to be instructed in regard to how to make a successful wire transfer. This important information continuously goes ignored by the company.

    Several credible agencies have appealed to SV Exports to return the funds in a timely and amicable manner in which they continue to ignore.

    The complaint has now been escalated.

    All this company has/had to do was return the funds without the stall tactics, sneaky emails, and outright lies.

    Will continue to update this situation as time allows.

  • SV Exports are now claiming to want to send the money "next week" and that they no longer need swift code but identification from Me in order to make the wire transfer via bank or western union. I am not giving this company My identification and recievers identification is never needed in order to send money to them. SV Exports is lying once again and have been sending the refund "next week" for the past four months!! I have asked the company to supply Me with the contact information for these financial institutions that are asking them for My identification so I can verify if this is true or not. I suspect that it is not and this is yet another stall tactic of this company for they are trying really hard "not" to send the money they have stolen from Me.

  • The company continues to ask Me to send them a copy of My identificatoin before they refund the money. They can't be serious? I have asked them on several occassions to supply Me with the contact information of the financial instituations that are requesting this information from them in order to complete the wire transfer for verifcation purposes. So far they have not complied because this information is not needed in order to send someone money. Another stall tactic from this company. Terrible business people.

  • STILL no refund from these scam artists!! All the info they requested has been sent to them. Including ID with impertant information omitted. NOW their excuse is sending it per government guidance. BULLSHIT!! This company is nothing more than a rip off artists who support their lifestyle by stealing from the international community. They must really need the 430.19. I hope their business suffers greatly for I am sure I am on not the ony customer they have scammed.

  • They fail to realize, the sooner they return the money they stole; these complaints go away. They will be exonerated. But noooooooo, they prefer to keep what does not belong to them and have their business suffer in the meantime.

    They should be out of business for being nothing more than thieves and rip off artists.


    Everything stated in this complaint is in fact true and I have emails dating back to summer of 2011 to prove it. The time they started "soliciting" Me to buy from their company and out of good faith I did and what did I get in return. Wrong product, stolen money, excuses, and lies.

Not even the courtesy to state what the hell they mean by sending the money via government guidance. I guess its a excuse they are using in order to not give back what they have stolen from Me. I guess what they mean is that they will not send back the stolen money until the govenment of India forces them to do so.

    This is extremely unacceptable behavior from a company that wants to conduct international business/trade. This company is apparently very comfortable with stealing from their international customers.

    I implore all who seek to purchase Indian Remy Hair NOT to use this company unless you have no problem with intentionally being sent the wrong order, stuck with a product you cannot use nor sell, and then the loss of the entire cost of the transaction. I suspect this company is in the habit of this kind of behavior and should be out of business!!

    This company is behaving like a charity. Just send them money so they can live off of while they send you worthless material as a thank you.

    I will continue to update this complaint as often as need be. As long as they keep the funds they stole these complaints will stay attached to their companies reputation.

    Do not buy from them!

  • I am sure when customers question them about the complaints against this company they will make up lies as to why this complaint is not true. I attest that this complaint is indeed true and till this day I have not recieved back what they have stolen and the minute they make right on what they have done (return the money) them doing so will be updated and reflected on this thread. So far, nothing.

    Do NOT allow them to tell you that this is lies and that they have made good for they have NOT. If they do ( I doubt they will) it will be stated here.

    Do NOT believe their lies and by ALL MEANS, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY no matter how good their "deals" may sound.

    That is how they scammed Me! For months soliciting Me to buy from them knowing that they planned to rip Me off. Don't be a victim as I was.

  • The western union payment was sent to: Doss Srinivasan. I suspect by now they will change who receives the money via western union.

    As a matter of fact, NEVER send these vendors money via western union anymore. Use banks. That way you have a recourse in collecting your stolen money back directly from the scammers accounts. The banks can be a big assist in these issues.

  • I am now reaching out to government agencies within India in order to put a stop to this companies theiving behaviors. I want to ensure that no other customer has to experience having their money stolen and sent bad product. This company must NOT be allowed to conduct business in this manner any longer. They should value their customers and not take them for granted nor steal their money. Customers put their trust in merchants that they will be treated fairly. This company does not treat their customers fairly. They think that their customers are there to give them free money in order to support those who run this sham of a company. This cannot be allowed to continue with SV Exports Human Hair Exporters. They should not be allowed to export one more strand of hair!!

    Perhaps we all should rethink doing business with this country altogether for shady merchants as SV Exports do not appreciate the fact that being able to do international trade is a gift. Not to be abused and steal from those abroad.

  • Recieved email ([email protected])from these crooks stating that they are waiting on instruction from the DGFT agency. The agency that issues trade licenses to companies so they can do international business. The DGFT has already instructed them on numerous occassion to return the funds. At this time they were using swift code and identification as a excuse not to send the money. Now that that has been put out of the way they are using waiting to be instructed.

    SV Exports are theives and I will NOT STOP until they return the money they have stolen from Me. In the meantime no one should trust them enough to buy hair from these theives.

  • This luckymetoo is lying guys, don't trust him guys. Tradeindia is a very good site. If you are so much worried about the product why you haven't done the verification before buying. There is a service in Tradeindia called: Credit Report, why you haven't taken that?? This shows that you just want to blame others and take extra money from them...

  • This complaint is NOT A LIE and it can be PROVEN as TRUTH! Any customer interested in seeing the proof just email Me at [email protected] and I will show you the reciepts AND photos! The western union reciepts of the money sent and the reciept to DHL where I sent back the product. Also I will show the EMAILS I am recieving till this day from SV Exports in regard to the refund of 430.19 that they never sent back.

    Michellehere is a employee at Trade India that recieved a email from Me with the copy of this complaint. I also told Trade India that I would let customers know to use their site with caution because THEY HAVE NO PROTECTION IN PLACE FOR THE BUYERS TO ENSURE THAT THE MERCHANTS DO NOT RIP OFF THE CUSTOMERS. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE THEIVES THEY ALLOW TO USE THEIR SITE.

    To get on here and claim someone is lying to get more money is stupid and very transparent. It is up to TRADE INDIA to ensure that those they allow to use their site do not rip off their customers.

Take a look at the response from Michellehere, a Trade India employee and ask yourself is this the kind of people and SITE you want to spend your money at if they have this kind of piss poor attitude towards those who have used their site?

  • This is really too bad because SV Exports AND Trade India are giving the honest Indian merchants a bad name. If the lying shady employess think they are going to bombard this thread with lies to try to defend theives that they allow to use their site they are sadly mistaken for I will go to the top of the Indian governent and The Federal Trade Commission to have their site INVESTIGATED. I do not take kindly to being RIPPED OFF and then be called a liar! That makes me very upset. They should be offering ASSISTANCE instead of being ignorant about the situation. They should be instructing SV Exports to return My stolen money or remove the theives from their site!!

    AND TRADE INDIA EMPLOYEE: I AM A FEMALE AND NOT A MALE!!! The next move will be to copy and paste the emails from that thieving company to this thread!! Don't ever call Me a liar again and not know what you're talking about because I will PROVE YOU WRONG!!

    All SV Exports have to do is RETURN THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME AND THE COMPLAINTS WILL BE UPDATED THAT THEY HAVE DONE SO!!!

  • To top it all off, TRADE INDIA has put a "TRUST STAMP" on the profile of the thieving company SV Exports!! Now what the hell does that say about the site itself? Trust stamp on a company that has blatantly ripped Me off. A company that started solicting Me for business in August of 2011. I have that email as well. I saved all correspondence with this company. Tons of emails from these these.

    So, when you see the TRUST STAMP on Trade India, know that it means absolutely NOTHING!!

  • What the trade india employee "Michellehere" doesn't know is that the Indian Consulate of New York has sent SV Exports a letter demanding that they return to Me the money they have stolen. They have written to this company several times requesting that they immediately return the funds to Me via the bank account details that were given to them on numerous occassions!

    I have emails from the consulate, DGFT, and right now awaiting to hear back from the highest government offices there in India in regard to this company ripping Me off for money. They should NOT be allowed to conduct international trade if they are stealing from their international customers.

    Trade India needs to be cooperating instead of typing dumb stuff in response to the email I sent to every single Trade India office in the entire country. Someone decided to respond to one of the emails and this is the way they do it?

    Bad for business Trade India. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!

  • Buying products doesn't mean that they did fraud with you, if the product quality was low, that means you asked for cheaper product.
    We are not against you, we want to help you but this is not a strong proof and IF YOU WILL BE AGAINST OUR COMPANY WE WON"T BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.
    Better you should control your words and mind, you will get a solution.
    Posting of scams won't help you much it will be your loss waste of time. Because you can't get anything from this.. Accept it, that was your fault, you haven't checked the sample, as you clearly mentioned above that we haven't done the heat test and other tests. And who told you I work with that Portal?? It was NOT the quality of the hair that was and is the problem, so therefore no heat test and all the other nonsense you are talking about is irrelevant!! I WAS SENT THE WRONG ORDER. Read the complaint AGAIN but this time comprehend what you are reading!! I sent the hair back and now I have NO PRODUCT AND NO MONEY!! That has NOTHING to do with quality but everything to do with theivery. I have been promised a full refund of 430.19 since January 2012. Even at the assistance of government agencies. I reached out to trade india on numerous occassions and all of My emails have gone ignored until I emailed every office with a copy of this complaint asking for assistance. What do I get instead, some jerk who lack comprehension skills telling Me its My fault that I got sent the wrong product and am out of money. Its My fault that they allow these theives to still continue to use their site. I will NOT control ANYTHING I say and My next step will be to have trade india's site and policies investigated for allowing illegal activity on their site. Theivery is illegal all over the world!!

  • Potential customers take a long hard look at the attitude of trade india's employees and ask yourself, is this a site that you want to trust when you are looking for products to purchase? Instead of blaming the members/customers like some kind of fools they should be reaching out trying to rectify the situation and remove the thief from their site but noooooo instead they want Me to shut up about the incident and trying to put a spin on something they know nothing about because THEY NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ASKING THEM TO ASSIST ME WITH OBTAINING MY STOLEN "MONEY" BACK. This is about being SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT, SENDING IT BACK, AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN BUT PROMISES OF A FULL REFUND THAT TO THIS DAY NEVER CAME. This has nothing to do with testing hair, heat tests, cheap products, etc. NOTHING. Its about NO PRODUCT AND NO MONEY!!

    Trade India ought to be ASHAMED of themselves for allowing SV Exports to continue to sell on their site with a trust stamp attached to their name. This complaint will go on until SV Exports RETURN what they have stolen from Me and that is 430.19!! Returned into the bank that they have been given the account numbers to on numerous occassion at their request.

    SO TRADE INDIA STAFF GET YOUR HEAD RIGHT AND UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE AND NOT WHAT YOU THINK IS GOING ON HERE BUT WHAT I AM TELLING YOU THAT IS GOING ON HERE!! Its clear trade india isn't going to help and continue to allow theiving SV Exports a platform to continue to rip off their customers. I will post the emails from SV Exports stating they are sending the money then using excuses and lies not to do so.

    So trade india catch a clue!! You have a theif on your site and I am sure they aren't the only ones!!

Instead of replying to My email in the appropriate manner he/she gets on this thread and flat out calls Me a liar without consulting with Me in regard to what has transpired. NOW this employee tries to tell Me that I had a problem with the quality of the product when My complaint specifically states I have a problem with the "order" being not what I PAID FOR!! I have photogenic proof. I have proof of everything I state here. The right thing trade india staff member should of done was email ME personally instead of getting out here calling Me a liar and stating I was looking for more money, etc. I will make them eat crow with the SV Exports emails if I have to post them to this thread. Now they want Me to shut up in order to receive their help. Thats not going to happen. This thread will go on as long as I decide it to to show potential customers how long it has been since this theiving company has been allowed to keep My money and continue to do business on trade india.

  • Received "two" emails from SV Exports( who have a platform to steal via trade indias website) in My inbox this morning. The first email stated that they were going to have their relatives in The United States make the wire transfer of 430.19 via the account information I have been giving them for the past six months. A few minutes later after that email I received another one from them stating that their bank is stating that international swift code is needed in order to make the transfer. Stating they went to the bank this past friday. Even going as far as giving the name of the bank and the contact person but contact telephone number to this person.

    Now which is it? The relative making the transfer or the bank? Once again these theives are regurgitating the same excuses to try to keep what they have stolen from Me and they STILL are allowed a platform on TRADE INDIA to steal. With a "trust stamp" next to their name.

    Theives and scam artists!!

  • Recieved email from SV Exports today stating that they have relatives/friends that live near by that will deposit the 430.19 into the bank account of My associate in one week. Well we shall see if this gets done or not. They have stated this before months ago.

  • I have absolutely NO FAITH that this company SV EXPORTS that I found via TRADE INDIA will return the money that they have gotten from Me and that is the 300 for their product and the 130.19 it cost Me to return their product that they never claimed at customs. They have tried everyting imaginable not behave in a reputable "business" manner. At this point I would highly suggest NO ONE buy hair from this company. We are not here to be used and abused and our money taken from us and sent product that we were not under the impression that we were paying for. A company cannot take your money and send you a product that you did not want. They cannot send you whatever the hell they want and expect you to just eat the cost and take it! No way in hell. I will continue to write on this thread as long as they do not send Me the money they have "stolen" from Me. I will now paste their email to Me.

  • Now I have heard this before and I will continue to update this thread and keep at the top of the search engines so all who think of buying from them will do so with caution. What a way to ruin your business by screwing over your customers and think they will go away but I am dilligent. I work hard for My money and no, you can't just keep it and thumb your nose up at Me because I live in the states and you think you can just screw Me.

    Look at Trade India with a side eye for they have no buyer protection in place. They look at us as suckers. Take their money and if you get screwed so what. I say absolutely NOT.

  • Now remember, they stated once before that they sent the money and it was in My account until the Indian Consulate in New York told them to provide "proof" that they done so. No proof came because they didn't. They then went back to swift code and ID. Then told swift code and ID not needed for wire transfer. They stuck to this like a fly on shit. Then was given the ID and acknowledgement via Indian consulate in New York that swift code is not needed. Then back to swift code, and now back to relative making transfer. This company is full of shit and are liars and scammers. Now if I "ever" happen to get My stolen money back I will update that on this thread. Gladly, but at this point its looking like they will never send it and as long as they don't I will continue to attach a bad name to their business and soon enough they will be out of business to open up shop under someone elses name and obtaining another license to do international trade with the DGFT and if that happens I will find the necessary measures to ensure they never sell to The United States. No matter how long it takes!!

  • Trade India can do whatever the hell they want to do. I am not worried about it. If trade india was such a reputable business they would of responded to My inquiries asking them for help with the situation but no, instead they ignored My emails and instead sent two of their employees to this thread to talk shit about what they don't know. What Trade India should of done was take My email seriously and look into the situation, but they did NOT. Instead they blamed the customer. Two employees got on this thread and started to blame Me. So Trade India can do whatever the hell they want at this point. I do not fear them or any of their actions for they are in the wrong. Do you understand that?!! Let Trade India file. I welcome it. Then maybe they will start to take things like this seriously and put something in place on their site to "protect" consumers from this sort of thing. Just like DHGATE has on their website. If this changes their policies then I gladly welcome anything they want to file.

    Don't threaten Me for I do not scare easily.

    Once SV Exports makes good and returns to Me a full refund of 430.19 it shall be duly noted but in the meantime I will continue to update this thread accordingly. Whether trade india and its employees like it or not. Trade India's threats are empty to Me.

    I hope you understand this and stop the scare tactics for it does not work on someone as Myself.

  • This week SV Exports has been asking for bank account information for refund purposes. Once he confusion was cleared up in this regard the correct information was giving to the company by Me in order to make a successful transfer. I have not heard anything from the company since. It has now been two days since I last heard from the company. No emails in regard to if the 430.19 was transferred into the bank account or not.

  • Received email from SV Exports today. They made a attempt to send Me My 430.19 via western union in India. Sent the receipt and all. All looked good until I called Western Union to check the actual payout amount. Which happened to be only 166.00 US dollars although the reciept had payout amount 430.19. In actuality the payment sent amount of 166.00 was the actual payout amount in US Dollars not 430.19. Pehaps a mistake on the behalf of the company or they wanted Me to accept the 166.00 and then claim later that they sent the entire 430.19.

    Needless to say, I will not be accepting 166.00 from western union. If they have relatives in the US they need to have them make the western union payment in the full amout of 430.19 in US Dollars.

    I know one thing, I will be very skeptical about buying anything from India again.

    SV Exports need to just stop playing around and send Me My 430.19. They desperately want Me to withdraw My complaints via government agencies, etc. but continue to fuzzy around sending Me what they owe Me.

  • This company will tell you that what is stated here is a lie and that they are being "cheated." I assure you that none of what they will tell you will be the truth. What is written here is absolute truth in regard to SV Exports Human Hair Company. Use this company with "extreme" caution as well as "Trade India" for your financial investment will not be protected by Trade India nor will it be honored by SV Exports.

  • Finally got My money back from this scamming company. They were forced by the DGFT to return My money. If this agency had not stepped in and told them to send Me a full refund I would of never saw My money back. I strongly suggest that NO ONE Deal with this company unless you like taking risks. The risk of getting sent wrong order and told to (Inappropriate Content Removed) off you aren't getting your money back then by all means deal with this company. Yes, when you inquire about this complaint they will lie and state they did nothing wrong, etc. but I assure you, EVERYTHING written here is the honest to Gods truth.
