I cant believe so many people have fallen to this, well there is a way to get them back. find their advert on sites and simply click on their advert which links you into their site, even if you do this twice a day when its thousands of people doing it it will cost them roughly £1 a click and in time they'll have to stop advertising as their ad budgets will be maxed. a tip for future, when buying anything from the net from a company you havent heard of, add scam to their company name in the google search and see if they come up! hope you get your money back...
