Noticed 19.98 charge on @Home service from T-mobile (basically voip, like vonage). This is a home phone, not a cell phone so, needless to say, I never received a text message from this company. Because I never received a text, I was not able to respond to cancel this "subscription" prior to the charge on my bill. After talking with 3 different T-mobile customer care reps, a supervisor finally agreed to remove the charge from my bill NOW and cancel the service for me. First they wanted me to pay my bill then they would credit the amount on next month's bill. Unacceptable.
I also filed a complaint with the FTC.
