i decided to try and "save" some money and they scammed me. i wasn't able to open the report on either my pc, my mac or my phone. called the company and they said they would give me to technical support. didn't have a number so they gave me an "email" address. of course that came back to me as well. i called my bank to get the refund and now i have to order a new card so they don't have my information anymore. however they do have my address. sometimes it isn't worth trying to save money. ugh... so mad. DON'T USE THEM!!!
