I called them to cancel my 99 and they told me to go to my bank and do a stop payment it was too late for my bank to stop payment on the transaction. I call Express Platinum and they told me I cant get my $99 and I never did use there service at all I dont think thats right. I want my $99 back still I am disputing the charges on my bank back on Nov 14, 2011 and they said they are backed up. What do I do next?
