I have a pay as you go phone,I did a 20 dollar reload . They charged me 2 20.00 reloads I called to get refund for 10 days they told me everything under sun. I called to day and they said sorry no refund, and kept the 20.00 , They lied and hung up on me, several times,They say your phone has internet as you pay for it , it does not work.
