On 7/19/11 i was charged by this company $30.00 for a payday loan protection service for a payday loan that i never got, never signed for, never wanted, and never authorized. They claim to have a signed agreement by me authorizing the payment, but no one will/can provide me with a copy. Because of this unauthorized debit, two small charges for a total of less than $10 overdrafted my bank account and cost me an additional $30/charge leaving me overdraft $98.02 all because of the unauthorized charge. I cannot speak to a supervisor, i have left messages and have gotten no response.

- David call this #866-761-1124 i just spoke to a customer service rep and because of your posting i will be receiving my refund in 7-10 business days....thank you for your story.....please call that number....

- The company is called Funding Assurance...please be careful they took $30.00 dollars out of my checking account so I called them explained the same thing that happened to david happened to me.....please dont get ripped off this company is bogus.....
