I call smart bomb to ask about a back order. I had emailed, but received to return call. I had to go through the new order department because the extension to check on old orders referred to website and hung up. They were very nice and said that my order would go out that day. So I ordered more product at that time. I received my back order and was happy.
I have been charged for the new order #2351199 on 11/14/11 on my credit card and have never received the merchandise. I have tried to call. Every # I have is no longer in service and the website is "under construction" and has been for 6 weeks or more.I am at a dead end.
The charges on my credit card bill say mac*myvitanet
