Tried the "Free Offer" ordered the promotional patches for $4.95 on December 27, 2011 received 30 1 inch square patches, which proved to be useless. On January 11 they charged my card $89.97 and when I called the number I was told that they charged the full price for the patches and since I had not returned the patches within the 14 days allowed.
I indicated that I would be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection and dispute the charges on my card. I received an email thretening me with Vigorous Legal Action if there was a backcharge or refund. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and will fight this in court.
I have done some research and the FTC is actively fighting this type of scam and there is no evidence that a patch can do anything to make you loose weight.
