i ordered liposum fromtbw,on the understanding I was only paying for a FREE TRIAL,meaning that I was only paying for the p+p.I received the product within a week,and several days later I was billed for £73,+ the £4.95 package and post. I contacted the company,but they said that it states in their rules that it is a 12 day trial,and you have to cancel it within the 12 days otherwise they charge the full price.How can it be free trial.I ask myself,if paying full price. This is misleading the consumer,as there were no details whatsoever to explain their policys.I am taking it further.
