I ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket in sage and in large size. On 7 January 2012, I received from the seller's address in China (a) a counterfeited jacket, it was not an original Barbour; (b) what I received was a woman's International jacket in black and in small size. The statement for the customs indicated that the package contained "shoes". The thiefs have never responded to my repeated requests to return the item and to refund my money. Interestingly, I received a message from what seemed to be an intermediary receiver of payments at "[email protected]", who informed that he "passed the message" to the seller and that I should patiently wait for the latter's reply, which never came.
