I went to their website to purchase the liners. On each page you can select some product. The next page offers you more product or service. The only way to move on to finish your order seems to be to select the additional product or service. I tried backing out of the order but couldn't. I had gotten so far into the order, that I just exited from the website. I did not receive any email confirming an order, so thought my order did not go through. A week later I received an email that the package was on the way. I thought it was for only two sets of liners, for around $20. When I checked my bank account, I saw that I was charged for $107.
I called customer service. They said I had doubled my order and then ordered three of the value packs, and was on the monthly plan to receive liners on a regular basis.
They cancelled the monthly shipments for me, but said that i had to return the unwanted items at my own expense when the package arrived.
I don't even know if the product is good, but if you want to order it, do not use their website.
