I purchased a single CD and Cassette player on 1/6/12 for $39.90. When I returned home I discovered they had charged me $49.00. It was too late to return to the store, so I went the next (1/7/12) day. I explained what happened, but she wouldn't return my money. She stated in a very rude voice "It's nothing I can do". Another "manager" came along and I explained to him, nicely, as I said to her, "they mistakenly charged me an extra $10". He looked as though to say, "what do you want me to do about it"; hunched his shoulders and walked away. Neither of them mentioned a store policy. I returned again, each time on "Public Transportation" on 1/16/12, each time with my receipt and another manager then mentioned that it was a "policy". Even though I was speaking to them respectfully, after explaining that it was the store's fault, he (a different manager) called over security, as though I was a threat, which I was greatly offended by. They spoke about a "store credit", which I must buy something in a store that "cheated" me out of my money. I told them that I would report their "crooked" business and a worker whom I was not talking to said, "well do what you have to do". I was livid!!! I told them you can't falsely advertise anything and expect someone to do business with you again. The guy repeated "do what you have to do". They are very rude and they deal with the public. It wasn't used and they still refused to take it back. If it had been my mistake I would have taken responsibility, but their store rep said, "maybe the store just made a mistake." I agreed, but they refused to correct it. I rode back home on the bus and wrote you. This payment is including my "bus fare" of 4 buses each time. Please assist me with stopping stores like this to stop "false advertisment". Thank you
