I ordered a DVD from www.mylostkainga.com (not even up anymore) run by Tony Fuemana and Urban Pacifika and have been told that they would provide a DVD to me. I have paid in full thru Paypal. I have never received it and they have not responded to my latest emails. I am in the USA and I don't think this company should be allowed to cheat people overseas especially people who are trying to support him by buying his DVD. I just don't want this to happen to other people especially living overseas.

- The exact same thing happened to me also. DVDs of this film were offered for sale from the online store at mylostkainga.com back in 2009. I too am one of the unfortunate ones who paid for a copy, and to this day, have never received it. A few weeks after placing my order, I emailed the website to ask what the status of my order was. I received a reply from Tony Fuemana, whose first excuse was that the company making the DVDs went out of business, and to wait a bit longer. Over the course of several months, numerous subsequent email enquiries to Tony about my order (& others' orders) were ignored. I read an interview Tony did, where he claimed that the DVD release was being delayed again, only this time, due to piracy concerns. Well, that's great Tony, but why did you even offer this DVD for sale on your website, if this was the case? How about concerns & some appreciation for the people who supported you and your project? Then, several months later on his site, after numerous complaints from pissed-off customers, Tony has the nerve to say that people who haven't received the DVD have a right to a refund from Paypal. Never mind the fact that Paypal policy states that you can only apply for a refund if you report it within the first 45 days from the time you sent payment! Tony Fuemana - absolute fraud. Will never support anything that scumbag does ever again. Oh yeah, and going by the trailer, the "movie" looks amateurish, badly directed, and of extremely poor production quality. I've seen student films made more professionally than this piece of shite. Enjoy the money, Tony. And send us a postcard when you get to Hollywood. LOL
