I completed a transaction on the Tuesday 3rd January 2012, on the site mywinterboots.com. The payment was taken out of my account on the 6th January 2012. Todate i have not recieved my goods, and i have sent various emails to their various email addresses. I have been told by my bank that i can not do anything until a month has passed. I'm still waiting, and now i can't even access the website.

  • Hiya, you need to contact the email address sent to you by wedopay.net when you payed, quote all the info and threaten legal action. They will send you a tracking number from the royal mail saying your boots are coming in from singapore.
    Let me know when you get a tracking number, we can compare to make sure they arent sending us all the same one.

    I have contacted that email on several occassions. However, never mentioned legal action. As soon as i get a response i will let you know. Thank you for your advice.
