On 14th Dec 2011 I agreed to a trial of skin care products for the amounts of $5.79 and $5.95. I never got these. Instead, on about 4 Jan I received a package that said the value of the contents was $75.00. On checking my credit card statement I found two amounts taken out one on the 3.1.12 and the other on the 5.1.12.(along with the $5.79 and $5.95 both on 14.12.11 when I actually agreed to the 'trial') I rang my bank and had my card cancelled. I also emailed the company to request that they cancel my (supposed) subscription. However another amount was taken out on the 10th Jan. I immediately rang my bank and they told me that the transaction was already in the system before the card could be cancelled. I have again emailed the company to once again ask that they cancel my 'subscription' and I am now filling in a "Transaction dispute Form" with my bank. I am absolutely livid, all I did was agree to a trial product for around $12.00 and I am now trying desperately to cancel my card before they take another amount out - without my authority. At no stage did I agree to a monthly subscription and I was not, at any time during the agreement, asked to do so. I just wanted to try a new product. BTW - I tried to go to their web site to cancel the "subscription' - but there isn't any.
