i received a 30 dollar charge to my account after trying to apply for a payday loan.I notified my bank right away because i never authorized this transaction they said they would investigate and gave me the companies name and telephone number. When i called ilender they were very rude and told me that in the contract it stated that i will be billed 30 dollars to which i stated that i never signed a contract nor did i verbally agree to that charge and before hanging up i let them know that the charge was already being disputed with my bank.The money was back into my account in a few days.I can see that i wasnt the only one charged 30 dollars from reading what others have to say on this site apparently they do this to everyone ...dont let them get away with it dispute, dispute,dispute.
