I FILLED OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION AND WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED FOR A $2,000 LIMIT ON AN CREDIT CARD AND THAT I WAS ALSO APPROVED FOR A CASH CREDIT AND THAT THE INFORMATION WOULD BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH CREDIT CARD ON HOW TO OBTAIN THE CASH CREDIT WITH IN 10-15 DAYS. AFTER WEEKS HAD GONE BY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE CARD HAD BEEN MAILED AND SHOUD RECEIVE IT DURING THE WEEK OF THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER. I CALLED 2 OR 3 TIMES AND WAS TOLD THE CARD HAD BEEN SENT AND SHOULD GET IT ANY DAY. WELL NOW IT'S JANUARY 12TH 2012 AND STILL NO CARD. WHEN I CALLED BACK IN DECEMBER THE LINES WERE DOWN AND HAVE BEEN EVER SINCE.WHAT CAN I DO TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS FALSE ADVERTISING COMPANY AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND TO PROTECT MY CREDIT?
