My mother wanted to purchase an Ergo baby carrier for me and bought one from this company. When it had been 20 days since ordering I looked up the tracking number and it said the carrier was waiting in China to be shipped. I wrote and email to www.ergobabycarrier.com and they told me that many people have been purchasing counterfeit ergos by mistake from the www.ergobabycarrierergo.com website. They suggested my mother talk to her bank. Her bank will not prosecute the company, she is out the money, and I have no carrier. I wrote a complaint to the fraudulent company, threatened to report them if they didn't return my money, and report them for selling counterfeit ergos. I want my money back. I don't even want the carrier now that I know it's fake. The company responded in very broken english that it isn't a problem, and that I should just be patient for my carrier to arrive, that it may take a few more weeks. This is unacceptable. This company shouldn't even be allowed to have the Ergo label on their website, deceiving people- it's not a certified Ergo dealer. Please help!!
