I ordered 3 pair of boots at discounted prices and when I recieved the boots from the post office the box was damaged but was told by the post office that sometimes items that come from internationally the outside box are damaged because they check it thru customs. When I opened the box to check the boots they were wet and smelled of mildew. I contacted the company to request a refund and they respond to my email but have yet to send me the return address for processing. They just tell me their items are packed professionally and I should send pictures. I sent pictures and still no return address has been submitted.
