I bought a frypan from Walgreens based on TV ads by Orgreenic that it had a lifetime guaranty against any reason. I tried to use it but it stuck while frying an egg. I paid full value but was not advised that the 2 for 1 only applies to tv purchases. I was not advised that the warranty is valid only when purchased directly from Orgreenic.
After soaking the pan clean I discovered a scratch thru the coating ing.and the aluminum showing. My opinion is that it was at best a manufacturing defect and inspection by Walgreen would not have discovered it.
Update: 01/12/2012
I am both a retired Mfg engineer BSME and a retired lawyer JD Denver. I my professional opinion at the factory there was a failure in Quality control and also deceptive advertising by Orgreenic.

- I bought one from CVS, followed the instructions of seasoning the pan. Everything stuck! What a waste of money. My orgreenic is in the garbage and I will stick with my true non stick pans and stainless. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!
