I got an email from a Trent Gill with the email [email protected] confirming an order at Amazon for "CarlzeissJenaDELTRINTEM 8X30 Preww11.aera. with a tracking number 399 9737343-8636118 saying my package would arrive on Friday and had been charged to my Visa. I have absolutely no knowledge of what this could be and did NOT place an order. The email message had been sent to multiple addresses.

- It's a phishing e-mail and wasn't sent by Amazon. The order number isn't even real (no Amazon.com order numbers start with a 3, they all start with a 0 or a 1). Delete the e-mail and close the complaint against Amazon, as it has nothing to do with them.
