I rang the number on the bottles that they had sent and spoke to a customer service officer to cancel the transaction ,she gave me the ref number if I ever need to report it which was :1127864...that was submitted on the 21.10.2011, SINCE THEN ....I have been charged every month for an odd amount each time..example:8.11.2011$84.99....06.12.2011.$88.65..03.01.2012.$87.83...I have today being the 12.01.2010 tried to ring the number which I had written down in case it occurred again now it has been disconnected .....I have tried to get my banking institution to put a ban on that transaction but they cannot the only way that I can stop that from happening is to change my credit card all together...but I shouldn't have to do that ...I should be able to stop it some how.....I need my money back please ...
