I saw an advert for Revita Derm and Perfect Radiance, free trial with only delivery of £6 to pay. I ordered my "free trial pack" and paid my £6 with my debit card. Minutes later, I received a confirmation email that I have bought my "first 30 day supply". I did not order a rolling supply of this product. No confirmation of cost, no company address, just a telephone number for customer services. I checked out the company, stupidly only after I had ordered and found thousands of people have been scammed by this disgusting and fraudulent company. I tried to cancel immediately but could not get a phone line or couldn't get past an automated message. I have cancelled by email but have had no reply by the company. A further £160 has come out of my account. I have received no products and money just keeps being taken without my authorisation. The only way to stop money coming out of my bank account is to stop my debit card, which is what I have now done. Be warned, money comes out of your account fast! I informed my bank, who seemed to know all about this company, Trading Standards, and I am about to inform the police. Why is no one stopping these fraudsters. They advertise all over the internet - on facebook, ebay, Daily Mail and other papers and freely all over the web. Their advertising is seriously misleading and a bank in Cyprus seems to be drawing money from people's bank accounts. The owners appear to be in the US and the telephone number is in Linlithgo in Scotland.

  • I looked at that too, but when you log on to order the "free sample" it tells you that that commits you to I think 3 months worth of a subscription at a huge huge cost product. You can simply email them and tell them you want to cancel your subscription and they do so. I got the free trial, emailed to say cancel subscription and was never charged beyond the few dollars at the start. it's only false advertising if they dont tell you what you're committing to when you join up/order.
