On November 10th, 2011, they deducted $69.00 for a credit card with an unsecured credit line of $5,000; plus an additional 29.00 for double the original amount of the unsecured credit line, for a total of $10,000.00 for an unsecured VISA credit card.
This money was deducted from my checking account, and I was told that I would recieve the card on or abount the 5th of December 2011. I call several times between January 1st and the 20th , 2012, and I got a recording stating they were instating new phone lines due to a marked increase in Business and they would be open for business by the end of the week.
I got an email, that requested I respond via email, which I did, only to get an error message from stating that the email was undeliverable to the intended recipient. This came from yahoo daemon. This was on or about the 27th of December.
To date, I have receieved no resolution that is satisfactory.
