I was charged a 30.00 processing fee for a payday loan that I was not aware of applying for. The representive I spoke with was in Clearwater Florida and spoke very little english. I was told that I would be refunded the fees within 30 days and that my information would be taken out of their system. I will not wait 30 days for a refund on something I did not purchase. I will be reporting this to the USOAG.
