I received a call from this so called company that I had been approved for a credit card, I had been trying to get some cards and had been online at the time and I did not know if this was one of the sights I had been on. The man named Kevin Jackson, probably not his real name called me and told me I was approved for a credit card with a $5,500.00. I needed to pay $99.00 activation and then a monthly fee of $19.00. He told me because I was disabled, he would not charge for January and the $19.00 monthly fee would begin in Febuary and I am giving you my promise as a loyal man that keeps his word. Well he got $99.00 and my stupid bank created another check on 1-4-12 and Charged my acccount $35.00 for NSF. When you add it up, it comes to $153.00 that I could not afford nor did I have. I have called so many times, all you get is answer machine, same message and you can't leave a message as the box is always full. He said he does not normally give his direct extension but I just had to call 1-877-536-0076 (ext.3247) also another lie.

This card supposedly 0% on the rate and apr. He said the credit limit was an actual credit card with the limit of $5,500.00, all that was due monthly was 5% of my balance if I did not pay it in full.

When you call the number and listen very carefully, he actually gives two different e-mail addresses. He knew who my bank account was with, but he had no other information, and my bank created these 2 different checks to pay him and when I pulled them from the net, the bank listed payee does not have account # and they did not need to contact me because this was going to be recurring each month. My bank listed this on the copy I pulled, and it actually stated no check signature needed, authorized by payor. I have account alerts on our banking accounts, as well as all 3 credit bureaus. The bureaus are free, but you must renew every 90 days. Then I did the Lifelock alerts as well as I knew Montel Williams had his idenity stolen and he strongly recommended this company. Well I will cancel my Lifelock and close my account tomorrow after I finish with the manager and asst. manager of that office. What is the point of putting an alert on your checking account when it is just bypassed and anyone can come in and tell them it is OK, I don't need to be called. I do not know what action to take and I just decided to see if this company scammed me. Well I am in the same sinking boat with the rest of you. You can reach me at the e-mail address once you receive this complaint, to keep me in the loop of what or if anything can be done.
