I received an email about a $1000 card thru FlexCard. I was approved and offered an additional $1000 for $29 more. Thinking this would be wonderful right here at Christmas, I accepted. The card was due to arrive 12/21, just in time for Christmas. I was so excited. I received a call 12/21 from an unknown number where the man told me Flex Card was having some distribution problems and he offered to refund my deposti if I would provide him the credit card I used for the initial deposit. I told him I would just wait on the card. He provided me with a number to Flex Card Customer Service at 561-859-0262 if I didn't not receive the card in a few days. I called that number to check on the card only to hear that their offices are closed. A week later, 12/28, the same man from an unknown number called and said they were still having trouble and some customer who were promised their cards a months ago still had not received them. He again offered to refund my money, if I would provide with the card number that was initially used. I told him he should have that number on file or something from the original deposit. He said his company was working with Flex Card and he did not have access to that information. I told him to have Flex Card reissue the card to me. Haven't heard a word from them since. When I was approved for the card, the e-mail had listed their number as 561-921-2600. You get the same voice and message saying their office is currently closed. I really could have used that money for Christmas and was so very disappointed to find out that I've been scammed. There are some sorry people in the world.
