I played City Ville via Facebook. I had only started playing this game for about 2-3 weeks. I liked the game and deceided to purchase "city cash" through the website for $179.00 city cash for the amount of US dollars of $21.00 via paypal. The amount of $21.00 was taken out of my bank account at 22:45:23 on Jan. 7th, 2012. I looked at my cityville game around 23 hundred hours and saw that the city cash amount of $179.00 amount flashed for 2 seconds and decreased to $ 46.00. I contacted my credit card company, bank, facebook, zynga with no prevail on getting my $21.00 payment reversed. I contacted zynga and spoke with Richard who said that there was a "bug in cityville and the technicians were working on the problem". I received an email today from the technician of zynga named Fatima. In this email she stated that I received the $179.00 amount on the game. I did not hear anything else from her after I emailed her back and told her that she was not doing her job and I wanted her supervisors name. I would like to file this for the frustration that zynga has caused me.
