I applied for a credit card from flex card that said I was approved for $1000 credit card I only had to pay $69.00 so I did and then it said I could double the amount for an extra $29.00 but I did not want to double it so I only paid $69.00. I called November 29 because I had not received it and the person I talked to said they were mailed out. I have not yet received it and when I call the same # it says the office is currently closed. I have tried contacting them everyday for the past couple of weeks and get the same recording. I even tried emailing them to demand my money back but the email came back undelivered. I was really counting on this card to help me through the holidays. I am very disappointed that a company would take advantage of so many people. I just want my money back. They don't understand how not having that money back on my card has affected several transactions. Please help!!!
