I thought I was registering for FREE because that was the what the headline said "FREE"! I just wanted to look around the site and decide if it was worth pursuing as a source of merchandise. I talked to the support person and I became suspicious and asked about the use of my credit card. She said there would "only be the $99 charge" for the bids! I told her I was not aware that I had agreed to pay anything but she said it was absolutely non-refundable even though I had done nothing at the site. I asked to speak to a supervisor and surprise none were available!! I have gone back and looked at the page and I see that the interface is intentionally deceptively designed so you miss the fact that you are ordering $99 worth of bids. I have contacted my credit card company (Barclays) and I could not open a dispute. BidRack needs to be stopped from perpetrating this scam on others!
