I was so excited to find a Tim Tebow jersey for my husband. My son thought this would be the perfect gift for his dad. I placed an or on December 15, 2011 for a Tim Tebow and a tom Brady jersey for my son. These were both Christmas gifts. According to the website they were both in stock. They immediately processed my payment through Yeepay (I had no idea I was paying through them until I got my payment confirmation). At this point I also realized I was dealing with a foreign company. The website doesn't indicate this! On Dec. 21st my order still said processing. At this point I emailed them and told them to crdit my order. Liu Fiona emailed me and assured me that my order would be here before Christmas. I told her NO that I had ordered from someone else. I have sent 32 emails since then demanding a credit. They kept stalling me until I threatened legal action. Oh, Liu only emailed me twice, then I was handed off to Tom. I was promised a credit 3 times. I also contacted the Asian payment processing and got about the same response as everyone else...They were sorry they would contact them and express my concern! Ha! Ha! Here are some of the many lies that Tom responded:
