I ordered a Braun Oral B Charger base for my toothbrush. I ordered it through eBay from Seneca River Trading. The illustration nor the description indicated that this charger could only be used in Europe, the plug on the end of the electrical cord being incompatible with US outlets. The item was described as new how-ever when I received it, the item was not in it's original container nor was there any identification indicating the manufacturer. I have sent three emails,which have not been responded to by Seneca River, trying to get this issue resolved for refund or exchange. This company does not pay return shipping and i don't see them making any effort to provide customer service.
