I order ugg boots from the (bestuggsoutlet) and paid for them through realypay. I got the boots today and I went through the ugg web sight and found out they are fake. I can't contact any one about this order. Could you help me.

I did contact the co.(bestuggsoutlet) They e-mail me back and ask for pic. which I sent them and I have never heard back from them.
The fur in the boots come loose and has a smell which it says they aren't suppose to smell.

- I have just had the same problem I didn't even get my uggs, wasn't allowed in the country :/ have you managed to contact them?
