On 12/16/11 I ordered a BellaBand and payed through PayPal. Two days later I received a confirmation that the order had shipped along with a USPS tracking number. It said then and still says now that there is no record of the item. I have tried calling 3-4 times/day for the last week and have not reached anyone. I've also sent emails and none have been replied to. Today I started the process of filing a dispute on PayPal and will also contact my credit card company. Very unfortunate experience.

  • I just wanted to follow up and say that I received a refund once my comment was found on Scambook.com and BBB. The family that owns this business had a very rough patch late last year and dropped the ball on a number of orders. It still isn't right but I did want to follow up and say that they reimbursed me, made several attempts to call me to apologize, and also sent me a free box of lotions which was completely unnecessary. While I would never try to buy from them again, I would like to believe that they are making up for their serious errors last fall.
