i got a loan for $375 9/2011 the agreement was to have to loan payed off in 4 payments. they have taken money out of my account starting 10/7/2011 $112.50- 10/21/2011 $112.50- 11/8/2011 $112.50-11/23/2011 $112.50 12/8/2011 $122.50 12/23/2011 $119.50 1/6/2012 $116.50....they have taken over $800 on a $375 loan and told me that my loan balance that I owe is $448...and that i haven't paid anything on my loan.. i have bank statements to prove.. then they say that i should have called 2 days before to make a payment to my loan,,i keep trying to call and talk to someone, when i do for some reason i get hung up on and i call back and the say were sorry you got disconnected and they hang up again after i start talking about the issue...i have talked to Marie 3 times and 2 other people... every time they say Maggie will call me back and she is the manager.. never a return call...
