On 1/8/12 at approximately 8:30am I placed an online order with Flower Delivery Express. The delivery was to be delivered that same day. The website stated that the date would not show if the delivery day was not available for the area selected. Once the order was placed I recieved an email confirmation(#93097) advising that I would be contacted by the local delivery florist. At 1:21pm I recieved another email confirmation from Wesley Berry Flower,(#01238152) advising that my order was being processed and and is scheduled for delivery on 1/8/12. Which seems that Berry Flower is one in the same as Delivery Express after calling the numbers on the email. The delivery was never made. When I called the next day I spoke with a supervisor name Chelsey who claimed that she was the highest person to speak with. She appologized and wanted to upgrade the delivery and call my Mom to appologize. I told her that was okay and that I would like a refund. She said that I would be refunded all, but the processing fee.(about $20) I explained that was not acceptable, because it wasn't my fault that the delivery was not made. When I asked to speak to someone higher or another number for corporate, Chelsey advised, that she was corporate and she was the highest supervisor. I asked for her last name and she refused to give it. After hanging up with the so called superviser I began to look further into the business on the internet and the complaints were exactly the same from so many people. Delivery never made and keep $20 of the customers many.
