j'ai voulu bénéficier d'une offre gratuite pour des blanchiments de dents, j'ai reçu 2 échantillons à 15 jours d'intervalles (l'1 ne marche pas sans l'autre) 1er échantillon reçu le 01/12/11, le2ème le 14/12/11.
la compagnie me laissant 1 moi pour ne pas basculer en prélèvement automatique seulement ilya 1 numéro RMA à donner mais le service clientèle refuse sous différents prétextes (ex :panne de réseau) de me le fournir. cette compagnie ma prélevée 99.95 euros sur mon compte bancaire le 04/01/12(sans attendre 30 jours comme il était convenu) date j+2 de mon 1er appel pour le n°RMA qu'ils ne me donnent toujours pas
