Responded to an advertisement on Facebook promoting 3 Genie bras for $39.95. Ordered one set but received email from [email protected] saying that they had successfully processed order for 2 sets and that they would be received within 9 to 15 working days. I responded immediately requesting that the order be changed. However, my credit card was billed for the incorrect amount and none of my emails have been replied to nor have I received the goods. I have emailed twice advising that the order was not received but again no response. Your advice appreciated.

Ordered products were received today. However, there was still no response to my initial email asking them to rectify the mistake on the order where 2 sets were despatched instead of one.
