Came up on my computer and said I had some files that were at the critical stage and nothing on my desktop. Paid by credit card and then when my computer came back up and everything was there, I knew I did the wrong and stupid thing. Gave out my card # and the cahrge is pending on my credit card. They won't do anything until it is billed.
