I ordered a book on the phone and they referred me to this program to save money and I signed up for it for a dollar. I had thirty days to cancel it before they recharged me. They tried to charge me before the thirty days and I called them and they refunded the money within five days. I also cancelled my membership and they gave me a confirmation number and they charged me for the membership today anyways.
