my phones battery was dead since 10:00 pm last night, when i finally charged it today at 4:30 pm, i went into my messeges and found a messege from these cellfunz people. and now i dont have service on my phone. i just added airtime & should have service for well beyond today. i have no idea who these people are or how they got my number, but they have no right charging me for a service ive never even heard of. I WANT MY MONEY & MY SERVICE BACK. this is rediculous bs. i hope these people are caught & charged at the highest extent of the law.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know how annoying it can be to realize you've been charged for a service you were not aware of. I've been there.
I actually got signed up to getting updates from a gaming website and have been charged a total of $68 already without my authorization. I had to dispute each cent of it and shout every time before the customer service representative got his supervisor to process me a full refund. What a bunch of scammers! I reported the whole crap to the consumer complaint site http://www.callercenter.com and guess what? In just a span of two days, I got 6 responses from people who, apparently, fell for the scam, too.
So, do you remember signing up for something online? Or maybe responded to a random text message? I'm afraid you might have accidentally signed up for something like getting updates or notices that would actually charge you every time you get them. Your best option would be to contact your telephone company about it and have them check on the charge. If you did sign up for something, have it cancelled. -
