SIGNED UP, AS WEB SITE SAYS "FREE", IT WOULD NOT LET ME PROCEED WITHOUT A CC#, IT LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE THAT THE INFO IS FOR" IF YOU WIN," WORDING IS VERY DECEPTIVE, DOES NOT PLAINLY STATE YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE BIDS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR THAT THERE IS A REGISTRATION FEE, EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK IT STATES FREE! CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO TOLD ME I CHOOSE THE PACKAGE OF BIDS I AUTHORIZED "PURCHASE" FOR. I NEVER CHOOSE A BID PACKAGE. THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT REFUND. I AM CONTACTING THE BBB, ATTORNEY GEN. AND PLACING A STOP PAYMENT. WHAT A SCAM. LIKE MANY OTHER, NO SUPERVISOR WAS AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE TRIED ADDING CREDITS TO MY ACCOUNT...NOT INTERESTED. IF I WANT TO GAMLE, I'LL GOTO VEGAS. MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED, ALTHOUGH "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PROVIDED THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH WOULD BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY.
