I noticed that this charge was on my bill, along with ToGoBuzz Info Alts 55094 MT True Digit for $9.99 (a total of $19.98 charged to my bill). AT&T reversed the charges and added a 4-digit PIN number, at my request, to my account so nobody can arbitrarily charge me unless I use the pin number. I had also never ordered either of these services. I hope someone can stop these theives... this is a pain.
