I am getting married in July 2012 and would obviously like to look radiant and thought this would be a good product to try out! Like everyone else, I ordered the 'free trial sample' of Perfect Radiance' on line. I received the sample yesterday (6 Jan 2012) but I have not yet tried it. Today (7 Jan 2012) I just thought I would google it and see if there were any reviews on the product. I was mortified to see that this looks like a scam! I have been in contact with my bank and credit card company to inform them about this and asked them not to make any payments to this Company. I have also tried ringing them but was put through to 'music' and never actually spoke to anyone after 20 minutes waiting. I have also e-mailed them informing them I do not want this product. I just hope this is dealt with quickly and no more people are taken in!!

Hi Lillian, I too have been suckered in by these guys, but I managed to get my bank to reverse all charges. Here's how...
Ask your bank for a Merchant Explanation to confirm the validity of the charge. Once you have the Merchant Explanation all you have to do is compare the Name Address and Contact details to the website you purchased through. If they do not match and they wont, instruct your bank to dishonour the payment as you cannot confirm the charge is from the company you dealt. All done. Good Luck. Tom... -
