I was searching info for my Kindle. I saw on the website "eHow" that a Kindle could be purchased from overstock for less than $22. The site is Bidrack.com. I saw several products including a Kindle to bid on. When I started to bid on the Kindle I was sent to a page to register. I see on the website that I could register for free. I submitted information including my credit card. I returned to the Kindle to bid and spent hours bidding when a notice popped up asking if I wanted to purchase more bids. So I called Customer service and was told how the bids worked for the $99 package charged to my credit card. I was told I had been given a choice of packages which I never saw. I never authorized a $99 charge. The agent said, company policy will absolutely not reverse charges or give a refund. I was interested only in a second Kindle and would never pay $99+bid when I can purchase a 3G Kindle from Amazon.com for $164.
